When you submit an admission enquiry, the school receives the details you provide so that its admissions team can respond to your request.
Information collected
Student name, parent or guardian name, class of interest, telephone number, email address, city and any optional message.
How it is used
The information is used only to respond to the enquiry, communicate relevant admission information and maintain an internal record of the request. It is processed through the school's website hosting, Google Sheet and email delivery services.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of an enquiry by emailing donboscosemhs@gmail.com. Do not include sensitive identity documents in the message field.
Approval before launch
This operational notice must be reviewed and approved by the school before production admission submissions are enabled.
